Susan the manager is the worst. Pushy salesman. You have to buy goggles. You have to wait 24 exact hours. Wasting my money on 6-8 min sessions because she refuses to let me go any longer even though I have olive skin. I cancelled my membership after one day of having it. No wonder the door says now hiring, who would want to work for Susan!?
