I am very disappointed to know that there isn’t a prorate when you come in and pay for a month when you are a member. I wasn’t told I didn’t get a prorate and I paid for the entire month of 60.27 for Sept and don’t get the other 10 days I paid for this it isn’t right. Do better people this is a scam not being told and no policy posted.
Terrible from start to finish
I am a diamond member and decided to try this location out . I wanted to try one of the beds here and was told I would need to pay extra. So I decided to just use the bed in the front. It was so gross in there. It's like the room hasn't been cleaned in a year. I went to spray tan after bed tanning, payed the extra for iolite. I get in the spray booth and it shuts off after spraying my front half once !!! I had to get dressed immediately and move to another booth with the barrier cream on and all ruining my spray and I do not... read more
