I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I’m moving to Texas soon and was advised by a Texas PBT employee to use the $10 spray tan promotion here one time before opening my membership in TX permanently, as I needed to spray one time in UT before a wedding. We have used Palm Beach Tan in the past and everything was fine. I went in yesterday as I am going on vacation in a month..I told them I only wanted to use them for a month I did not want recurring charges in my card so I wanted to pay cash. Thru don’t take cash. Ok I said o wanted the $79.99 package. I was told It would be $79,99 plus a $20 membership fee plus they would prorate next month st $34?! What?! So the $79.99 doesn’t cover 30 days? I’ve gone here for years! They’ve always been great, but I do have to say the new spray booths are not my favorite and I’m so sad! :( they got rid of the mystic 4 spray which I felt like was the best spray! It was never blotchy would truly stay on for a week and the color was so good! But now all the booths I keep trying to see if they will get better but… nothing beats the 4 spray :( I wonder if it’s a possibility to ever bring that back!!
