She is super kind and personable! Anytime I ever come in I am immediately greeted. Worst customer service I have ever gotten. They charged me after I cancelled my membership and are now refusing a refund. I have now spent 6 weeks trying to get my refund and they still are refusing. I have contacted the BBB in regards to this buisness.

We have tried several salons around Vegas and have finally found one worth committing to - and no contract required! Austin is very helpful, great beds, the top product lines, clean rooms and the best package options.
