The staff is always friendly, and eager to engage and help in any way.
Love this place. Very clean! I do the light stem red light therapy and the heated light therapy sauna . You can’t beat the price for these therapies and the staff is really professional and nice. They also have stores all over the US so you can visit them when your traveling!
Worst tanning salon ever - they will not let you tan more than 4 min a day in any bed if you dont come constantly. What am I paying for? Had the membership for over a year and canceled as it seems useless, I needed the membership for tan maintence
Went on Friday June 7 about 430pm as a potential new member. I stood there at the counter for ~20 minutes without even being acknowledged. The lobby was full and the two people working paid little to no attention to anyone because they were in the back. I might try and sign up over the phone and give them another chance but if that’s the level of service in person all the time I might go elsewhere and save the effort. They need to hire more staff.
Majority of the towels they leave in the rooms are very oily/greasy. I’ve asked for another towel each time I go there and they say that’s the best they have that they are all dirty/oily like that. You can see the gray film and feel how dirty they are.
