Very disappointed with the freezing and canceling process. ONCE they have your credit information they WILL continue to charge. I had to block the charges on my credit card AND the Office Manager can not credit me back. They make it VERY EASY to take your money AND the process to RETURN YOUR MONEY DIFFICULT. In a world where we have so much automation a business must make the refund or return process easy. A business should not just charge card after told not too.
