Front desk are very friendly and great greeters! Lindsay Tate always helpful Cheerful goes out of her way and always has a nice smile no matter what her day is like.
Yesterday, I had a negative experience at this location. I noticed newer staff. I just returned from vacation. I was told it would be five minutes to spray tan, but I noticed both spray booths were available. The person who checked me in left the studio, and I sat for over 30 minutes until a guy came in asking to spray tan. The other associate said to me did you check yet? What’s your name? What a great experience I didn’t know I needed . I wasn’t expecting great service but you’ll get it here. Kayleen and Jenna were great help. I really hope I spelled their names right. They Took time to answer my questions and didn’t seem bothered. Normally when you go somewhere people don’t like to answer questions now a day and just like to take your money. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the gal who helped me yesterday, but she was fantastic! She took the time to explain the new tanning machine, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable trying it for the first time. I really liked the new machine, although I think I need to work on my stance. For some reason, everything below my knees to my ankles didn't tan! 😂 Hopefully that's an easy fix.
