Palm Beach tan has the worst customer service on earth. There premium bed is often lacking in extra features. I advise them and they do nothing about it. I think it laughable that I had to give them one star in order to write a review. Never go there
The computer was being silly and they kept having to reset the tanning beds for me - totally not their fault and the girl who helped me was so nice about it and gave me a couple of free sessions. I forgot her name but she is blonde with bangs. Awesome people that work here!
Just had a weird, almost hostile, experience with Isabella at the Coronado location. She implied I was lying about my recent tanning experience, was condescending and when I asked to cancel the session she got indignant and defensive. What a disappointment!
My wife and I are members...Alyssa...one of the managers...always goes out of grr way to make sure we havr a great experience...highly recommend!!
