The employees are always welcoming and always have a smile on their face. Great positive attitude! They remember clients names and make us feel at home. The rooms are always clean as well as the beds. They have great products and amazing candles.
Amanda the store manager was incredible - talk about someone who loves what they do and is great at it. She spoke about all of the services and products with such expertise and helped me figure out products and a membership that was in my budget without making me feel pressured. In the 10 minutes I was standing there to sign up she greeted almost every customer by name and knew what service they were there for. Tawny was AMAZING!! She educated me on products that would be best for my tanning goals. She also helped me understand my skin tones, and recommended the best products best for my skin. No pressure to sell the most expensive products, but to show me what was best for my tanning goals. Highly recommended to go when she is available! I learned a lot, and was pleased with my experience. Tanning felt like a spa treatment, not a chore. Happy, satisfied customer here!!

Editing to add, it was good as far as tanning goes, but don't fall for the $5 a month hold your plan deal. I had over 30$ saved to it, but had issues with my debit card, went there to sort it out and owed them 45$ SCAM is all I have to say. So they kept the 30 bucks, I cant get that back. I will never do something like this again. Only giving them 1 star now because that little payment scam thing is just that. No one appreciates getting their money taken because of a separate debit card fraud issue when I had to get a new ca... read more
