The staff is lovely. I would say to go here over any other tanning place if you want the best tan for yourself and the levels that you need and they can help you with all of that with different skin tones and things like that. They know everything about their bulbs and their beds and they are amazing. I started as level one and now I'm a level 23. Today I'm going to try a four bed and see if I like it. Brittany was so so helpful and kind! It was my first time trying a new spray tan bed and she was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Probably one of the best experiences I have had at palm beach!

I've been an avid tanner now since the 1980s. I have even it worked in a few salons in my younger days. Palm Beach salons across-the-board are clean. Well, lit, very knowledgeable, friendly staff, and this is the only franchise that recognizes loyalty. I get tanning dollars on my account every single month clear up to $50! My internet provider did not do anything after ten years to recognize loyalty and they lost my business.

I’ve gone to 3 palm beach locations and had excellent service at all of them except this one. I have not had a single good encounter with any of the staff. Staff is also NOT knowledgeable of their products- I (a very pale individual) was told by a staff member that I should tan in a level 3 bed and increase the time as I feel comfortable. When I tell you I FRIED 3 times in a row at the same time amount until one of the ladies told me it’s because I needed a base builder in a level 1-2 which I SPECIFICALLY asked the lady.
