Brittany was so so helpful and kind! It was my first time trying a new spray tan bed and she was so helpful and made me feel so comfortable! Probably one of the best experiences I have had at palm beach!

I've been an avid tanner now since the 1980s. I have even it worked in a few salons in my younger days. Palm Beach salons across-the-board are clean. Well, lit, very knowledgeable, friendly staff, and this is the only franchise that recognizes loyalty. I get tanning dollars on my account every single month clear up to $50! My internet provider did not do anything after ten years to recognize loyalty and they lost my business.

I’ve gone to 3 palm beach locations and had excellent service at all of them except this one. I have not had a single good encounter with any of the staff. Staff is also NOT knowledgeable of their products- I (a very pale individual) was told by a staff member that I should tan in a level 3 bed and increase the time as I feel comfortable. When I tell you I FRIED 3 times in a row at the same time amount until one of the ladies told me it’s because I needed a base builder in a level 1-2 which I SPECIFICALLY asked the lady. I’m not one to usually write reviews but I have had such a great experience here. Shoutout to Bailey who took her time with showing me everything even though I have been tanning for years, I’ve gotten much better results with her. This girl knows the best tanning routine! I know many clients that sign up to see her. Sweet girls, highly recommend.
