I am sitting here listening to a awful customer harass and yell at the manager. I have worked in the service industry for a few years and the way the manager at this location is handling the customer is very professional despite the customer literally (not exaggerating) throwing a fit and yelling in the store because she had an issue with HER card, not PBT. I have been a client here for about a year and this client is being nasty. Props to you PBT Addison! This client is absolutely rude and should be banned
