Signed up for one month December 3 2025. I’ve made it clear I just want one month membership they said no problem just come in or call to cancel. I called to cancel today and the said there is no way to stop the second month charge of 145.00 . They forcing me to pay it. Very unprofessional of course no paperwork was given to explain their policy. No email contract no paper contract nobody said I have to cancel before their supposed cut off date which they tell me was in December 25th. This was not explained to me at signing.... read more
I am a long time customer at Palm Beach Tan located on Independence Pkwy near Legacy Drive in Plano. Ashley P the manager and Holland are the *best* ever! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and smiling. They are always helpful whenever I purchase upgrades, lotion or additives. They know the tan beds that I like to use. Rip-off – No Transparency and Misleading Info Paid $60 for 3 sunless sessions on September 12, and was told the package was good for 60 days. Turns out it was actually 45 days — okay, fine — but here’s the best part: 45 days from 9/12 is 10/27, and today is 10/26, yet somehow they told me it was already expired. When I pointed that out, they said, “We’ll call you back tomorrow.” Oh, perfect — tomorrow, when it actually will be expired. What timing! No receipts, no contract, no accountability. Won’t allow you to even take your kid back while you spray tan. Knowing it’s mainly mothers or women who go here. Dumb rule.
