I want to give a shout out and a sincere Thank you to my Palm Beach Tan Crew. From Day one store manager Vanessa Lee has made me feel welcome and always smiles when I walk in the door. Her team is pleasant helpful and friendly. Vanessa has gone out of her way more than once to advise me on product recommendations and good tanning advice. I’ve been a PBT member for a long time and this summer has been so much because of Vanessa’s cheerful nature.
I’ve been coming to PBT for yearssssssss. Decades, even. lol. Holland is always SOOO SWEET & ATTENTIVE. She’s the best to have a chitchat with and she knows what bed I want to do and ALWAYSSSS has my versa ready to go right after. My complicated concoction that we’ve come up with to keep my legs super dark all-year-long. 🥰🥰 She’s a true gem and yall are blessed to have her.

They put me in the wrong bed in the computer and I was standing in the bed I'm supposed to be in and it wouldn't turn on. I called and they said "oops we put you in room 5 instead of 6". So she cancels the session but now it's marked me as "tanned" so I'm unable to tan now after I used all of my $$$ lotion. Such a waste of time.
Terrible customer service! I’ve been paying for months without using my membership and stopped in to spray tan and was told I had a balance from 2020 which I canceled due to the COVID situation. If this is true, why wasn’t that told to me when I signed a new contract several months ago???
