Rip-off – No Transparency and Misleading Info Paid $60 for 3 sunless sessions on September 12, and was told the package was good for 60 days. Turns out it was actually 45 days — okay, fine — but here’s the best part: 45 days from 9/12 is 10/27, and today is 10/26, yet somehow they told me it was already expired. When I pointed that out, they said, “We’ll call you back tomorrow.” Oh, perfect — tomorrow, when it actually will be expired. What timing! No receipts, no contract, no accountability. Won’t allow you to even take your kid back while you spray tan. Knowing it’s mainly mothers or women who go here. Dumb rule.

I want to give a shout out and a sincere Thank you to my Palm Beach Tan Crew. From Day one store manager Vanessa Lee has made me feel welcome and always smiles when I walk in the door. Her team is pleasant helpful and friendly. Vanessa has gone out of her way more than once to advise me on product recommendations and good tanning advice. I’ve been a PBT member for a long time and this summer has been so much because of Vanessa’s cheerful nature.
