Second month in a row I have been charged for a membership I did not sign up for. Last month I called to resolve & get my money back & this company failed to do as they said. I just spoke with a representative again at the Ft Walton location and the excuse I was given was "we switched to new management". Where I can respect that change can cause errors, 2 months in a row is inexcusable especially seeing as it was not resolved by management the first time. Bree was a pleasant breath of fresh air yesterday! I am a new diamond customer and her upselling skills and knowledge of Palm beach beds and products were astronomical! She definitely sold me! Great job and what an asset to your team!
Had the pleasure of tanning at this location yesterday while in town just for a day! The girls were absolutely amazing! I'm an avid tanner & visit different salons while I travel, this was by far my favorite experience! Wish there was one closer to me :) hopefully one day soon!
