I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ackerman to get solutions for knee pain. Dr. Ackerman offered no solutions or suggestions. I left no better than when I arrived, and with $475 less in my pocket. What really annoyed me was that reception refused to provide a paper invoice saying I will get it via e-mail. The e-mail finally arrived a week later after multiple requests, and to add insult to injury, they asked for more money. Just a disappointing experience!

Dr. Ackerman spent a whole 5 minutes with me and offered no solutions, no options and no suggestions (aside from a comment that I would eventually need knee replacement surgery). Dr Ackerman did a left knee replacement on my knee 5 months ago. I am almost at 100%. He is a master surgeon, and his office is well run and organized. His assistant Geneva is awesome. Dr. Ackerman is also a friendly, caring, person and I would give him and his office ten stars if I could.
Dr. Ackerman is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. I was having so much pain in my knee and could barely stand to take a step. After my arthroscopic surgery my knee is doing amazing. Dr. Ackerman really cares about his patients and will answer any questions you have. The staff is so nice and caring. Jeneva always goes over and beyond to help.
Awesome, Doctor, great bedside manner.And i'm back and up after four months with a knee replacement
