I want to share my experience so others don’t go through the same situation. I don’t have insurance and went to this office for a visit. During the appointment, the doctor said I needed lab tests to check for possible infections. I specifically asked during that first visit if I would be responsible for any additional lab fees, and the front desk told me NO. Dr. Lipan is one of the best doctors I've ever been to. He explained everything clearly, was very gentle with the scope (not all ENTs are!), and, most importantly, solved the problem completely, I can now report: With a very simple treatment plan (no surgery, no complicated procedures), I no longer get ear blocks on flights. This life-long problem is finally solved! Very grateful.

The Drs amazing .It just to hard to get into see him.Iwaited a month to get in . Then another month to get a scan .that would of been today but I was going to be late so they cancelled it and informed me it would be another 4 weeks .so I just cancelled.
