Dr Gerring is an expert, highly regarded by other doctors as well as myself. I appreciate that he’s very nice personable, but most importantly he’s able to adjust my treatment, listen to input and come up with solutions. His allergy tech, Sharmaine Gibson, does a wonderful job too. I had a stubborn allergy, and after sometime, she suggested that I get retested. I saw Dr Gerring many years ago. I had insurance then. He did some test that were over 700.00 never did he or the office discuss that with me. I later got a bill for that. I called the office to discuss this and they never got back to me. I forgot about it. Years passed. Now because of that they put a block on my account and anywhere I call to make an appointment that's part of Ent Allergy Associates South Florida (which is the majority of the providers out ther) i cant book an appointment. I have only great things to say about Dr. Robert Gerring. I would highly recommend him. The staff at both his offices are also great and very efficient. I had gone to several doctors over the last few years trying to get my sinus issues resolved and it wasn't until I went to Dr. Gerring did they finally get resolved. Dr. Gerring did surgery and completely resolved all my sinus issues. Poor customer service and this office will abuse your insurance before providing necessary interventions. Poor attitude and customer service with minimal help to obtaining your health goal. Gerrings team will continue to schedule follow up visits to abuse your insurance with no health progress. Both him and his team became confrontational after a patient insisted on seeing additional health improvement after 4 visit. Patient was ask not to return.
