they keep sending me messages saying I owe $40 when I already paid my co-pay at my one time doctors appointment. I have already called and told them this issue and yet they’re still billing me for what i dont even know. no one answers the billing line when you call and cant leave voicemail. so annoying
Recently lost my insurance. Had a serious banking (Chase) error leave me with $1.44 for literally a month. This “Dr” won’t send a script for my ANXIETY MEDS because he wants a $50 consultation. To be clear: during the literal MOST STRESSFUL TIME OF MY LIFE this doc won’t call in a script for ANXIETY MEDS because of $50. The receptionist told me “we have a business to run”. I don’t get my anxiety meds tomorrow because this “practice” can’t do without $50. STAY AWAY.
I have been under the care of Dr. Sharma for many years and I am very happy with his care. He is very thorough and intelligent. He is a very good advisor and excellent practitioner. He has very good bedside manner and treats me very well. The office is excellent! Office staff, Mirlande and Shae are exceptional and always helpful and quick to answer my calls 👍📞
