All I can say is Bryant should be head of leasing at Palm Beach Preserve! The moment I walked into the door he made this place seem like home and welcoming. He helped me through the application process and was able to help me with every question I had and even offered me numerous options that better suited my situation. Amazing experience and an even better place to live! Highly recommended. So glad I chose this place over the others I had in mind!
We’ve been dealing with the same problem noise wise, except ours is with our upstairs neighbors. Since moving in, we haven’t had a single stretch of peace. Anyone who was previously helpful is gone, and now we’re stuck with a tenant who lets their child run back and forth over our heads all day and late into the night. I’ve been living here for over 21 months now, the first year was good, hence why we decided to renew our lease, then we had new neighbors move in down stairs and for the past 7 months there has been nothing but sleepless nights for us! I have been living at the this apartment almost 2ys..I recently required mantainance for the Disposal twice in two weeks and I must commend these mantainance Guys, very humble, respectful and informative...I appreciate your service.
Its been a little over a month now since i’ve moved in. The community is great. It is very nice and quiet here. The move-in process was smooth and seamless, and I’d like to thank Bryant for playing a key role in that. He made everything easy and has continued to promptly assist with any questions I’ve had along the way.
