It’s was a great experience Alexis was great assisting me she was very helpful and also the property manager Veronica she was very grateful in helping me, love the customer service!
I moved out October 31st and received a letter notifying me that I would receive my deposit back. It’s now February, and I have not received a response to any phone calls or emails regarding when I would get my money. If I don’t hear from anyone in a reasonable amount of time, I am considering taking legal action because this is ridiculous.
