I honestly hate this bank! I recently had my purse stolen so I have no id or cc. All I wanted to do was pay my rent. Because I had cash they would not allow me to pay my rent without an ID. No one in this entire branch could help me I had my ID on my phone but no. I have 2 accounts here. I was able to get the digital card and put the cash into my account but then when I got to the window to transfer to my landlord of course he wants an id or a physical card.
