Receptionist spent exactly 10mins asking questions just to find out they don't have any appointments until June... 3 months away. That's very inconvenient and I'm curious who can wait that long anyways
I had the worst experience with this office! This was over a year ago and it’s still eating me up enough for me to leave this review. My daughter was seeing Dr. Adam’s for several years. Her condition professed drastically and we had no answers! Constant stomach pain, nausea/vomitting, acid reflux, constipation and diarrhea. My child missed over a month of school. Doctor Stephens IS AMAZING this score doesn’t reflect his work or practice. Really only aimed towards the receptionist. The first time I called the women on the line was absolutely amazing. And the visit was a breeze. However EVERY SINGLE TIME since has been horrible. Between the poor communication and combative attitude we’ve started looking at someplace closer to get treatment.
