I would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible experience. I have been seeing osteopaths for over 10 years and this was beyond disappointing. Her bedside manner is horrific, the offices protocols are so unprofessional, and she did not do any type of adjustments within 2 visits. I could not recommend and will not be back.
Doctor Merson treated my Grandfather and Sister for many many years and I have never heard them rave about someone's services more then Dr. Merson.Truly the most accommodating, attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and accomplished Doctor in South Florida. Truly nothing but the best and not even to mention her amazing staff as the cherry on top, especially Elaine! I cannot recommend this Doctor enough !
CON-ARTIST!! The doctor is like the Wizard of Oz, trying to run the whole show and make it seem like a legit practice. She answers the phone, does the billing, and the "procedures." I came for headaches and she placed her hand over my head- didn't touch it, and then said she was able to perform the procedure. I asked what procedure and she said I had "a lot of stuff stuck and she was able to get it unstuck." She then charged me $400 for the visit saying it wasn't going through insurance but also billed my insurance about 1k.... read more
Dr. Merson helped me with a prolo therapy shot. I had several from a previous pain management doctor, but he left the state. I was having some residual pain and she took such professional care of me, it was gon.
