Dr. Merson helped me with a prolo therapy shot. I had several from a previous pain management doctor, but he left the state. I was having some residual pain and she took such professional care of me, it was gon.
Wonderful office, great experience from check in to checking out. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and really makes me feel important by keeping me informed, with what she is doing. I highly recommend Dr. Merson.
If I could leave a negative star I would. I waited in Dr. Mersons office for over an hour for her to tell me that she does not offer the service I made my appointment for, this is after I have paid the 200 dollars to see her for approximately 5 minutes. She was extremely unprofessional rushing from one patient to the next, putting me in a room that was obviously not cleaned before the patient before me. Overall it was the most unprofessional medical experience I have ever had and would not recommend Dr. Merson to anyone.
I saw Dr Merson a few times over the last 15+ years. I always found her to be a very caring and understanding Dr. My mom used her when she was suffering from Lung cancer and it really did help manage her pain. My husband has been a patient of hers for about 17 years. When we moved from NY here he was extremely scared he would not find a good pain management Dr. I did some research and came up with her name.
