This facility is not patient-friendly and covers up for its Doctors who are mostly inept. I had an unfortunate experience with William Martin MD who did not properly prepare to perform my cataract surgery. Instead of apologizing for failing to properly prepare for my surgery, he made every attempt to deny that he did anything wrong.
The doctor and his staff is outstanding; very professional and pleasant to deal with during my two procedures. Would recommend them to my friends.
