Where to begin? The short of it is that Russ is the most trustworthy person I’ve ever dealt with. After speaking with Russ and telling him what I needed, a used outboard motor, we settled on one we thought was best for my needs. Well, it turned out that motor failed. Even though the motor was purchased as-is, Russ turned my bad situation and made it right for me! Russ is responsive and true to his word!! Thank you Russ and PBO team!
Bought 2 rebuilt / used Yamaha F250s from Russ and had them shipped to Boston. Great communication with Russ and even had the cowls painted and stickered. Motors run and look like new! Russ walk me through the process and always answered the phone when I had some issues or concerns. Good guy and business!!!!! THE PLACE TO GO FOR USED YAMAHAS!
10 out of 10, absolutely recommend! They re-powered my skiff with a brand new Yamaha 25 hp, put a battery switch in, installed a brand new Garmin and put a new seat in the boat. Everything came out great and I was thoroughly impressed with how the owner Russ runs his business with integrity(hard to find these days) They definitely got a customer for life out of me. Thank you for doing such a great job guys🙏
We bought it used motor from them to repower our boat , they took good care of us and great care of our boat we will definitely recommend the.
Came in from a Facebook marketplace ad was unprofessional (lack of communication) spotted a few red flags (welded skeg, missing pieces)owner didn’t take it well and blocked me. Be careful buying or repowering from here and really take a good look at engines you buy from here.
