I was quoted $100 office visit and $89 for tens unit session of ten minutes for neuropathy over the phone. Paid in full only to receive bill 30 days later for additional $484.67. A few weeks earlier at another ortho I had a total exam with xrays, cortizone shot and foot taping. Cost was $330. Very dishonest. Marc Demers
Visit with Dr Estes was a waste of time of time. I was given 5 injections of Lidocaine in my neck which did nothing and given a script for physical therapy. The therapy department is a joke. They didn't warm the muscles before starting exercises on my neck. And did not rub the area with a pain gel afterwords. Incompetent therapist.
My mom went to go see Dr. Melisa Estes for a pain that started to hinder her ability to use her left arm. These symptoms occurred from one day to another, so rightfully so, she was worried and nervous when she went to go see Dr. Estes. Instead of practicing compassion and empathy, Dr. Estes treated her as though Palm Beach Orthopedic Institute was a revolving door of patients and she just wanted to get her appointment over with.
