My experience overall was great. From scheduling a free consultation from back home Trinidad and Tobago to the actual visit was just amazing. They took their time and explained everything to me as I am new to a lot of things eg. insurance etc. So being a customer who has existing braces they saw I had a poking wire and fixed it free of charge.
