I had an appointment yesterday and the experience was completely unacceptable. My son and I were left waiting for over an hour while other patients were called in ahead of us. Despite paying over $2,000 in services, we did not receive the treatment we came in for — or even an explanation. Dr. deFabrique and her staff are the BEST! She gave orthodontic care to all five of my children. Her orthodontic plans were affordable, scheduling appointments was easy, and everyone at her office was kind, fun, and professional. I tell EVERYONE that needs braces for themselves or a family member to go to Dr. deFabrique. She is the best!
Without a doubt Dr. Angela and the team at PB Orthodontics are the best. Knowledgeable, friendly and convenient. She really cares about her patients and it shows. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. This is the spot 🫡
I recently got my braces here. I had Ms. Candi do them. She was surprisingly quick applying the brackets. Took ~40 min for everything to be finished. Highly recommend.
I’ve been going to Dr. Angela for over 10 years and I have always been treated kindly. Her team is very considerate and answers any and all questions I ask. I’m glad that I have had such a passionate team help me reach and maintain my ideal dental/orthodontic image!
