Taking my most recent experience with them as an opportunity to find a new doctor. When I called over the weekend to seek guidance on having a miscarriage, I was told to call back on Tuesday (its a long weekend). Zero help whatsoever.
This was my first visit with Dr. Siegfried. She was fantastic, knowledgeable and eager to help. The support staff was also very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this doctors office.
Awful - spent hours scheduling an appointment, getting the appointment confirmed by the facility, including me filling out an hour of paperwork and prepaying my copay, and then the day before this urgent appointment, after I cleared my schedule, I can a nasty call saying I BOOKED incorrectly. What the heck? There’s absolutely no dignity whatsoever, and a complete and utter waste of time.
