Dr.Dana Jacobs is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She listens, gives best medical care and most of all she helped me get my hot flashes under control! I appreciate her honesty and ability to make me feel better about my health concerns! The staff is AMAZING and professional, warm greetings and a great experience every time I visit! The most Inept/incompetent staff I have ever encountered. I had an irregular mammogram back in April, my sister has breast cancer. They sent me for an additional mammogram and ultrasound. It is now almost August and I still can’t get a doctor on the phone. If you care about your health, do not go here.
I’m 18 weeks pregnant & they canceled my appointment & said the reasoning was because the doctor only sees pregnant patients that day, however when I scheduled I explicitly expressed I am 18 weeks!!! Ridiculous.
My wife and I went in not really knowing what to expect, but we had a really good experience. From the moment we walked in, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. We only waited about 10–15 minutes before being called back. Lenes took us in and she was awesome. Very gentle, fun to talk to, and just had a great attitude that made us feel comfortable.
