I would give 0 stars if an option. The facility name gives false advertising. Caution!!! Palm Beach Memory Care represents nothing more than investors profiting from and bleeding the elderly’s pockets for basic care needs. If you want to drop your loved one off and never check in. My husband has been a resident since February, 2024. He has adjusted very well and I believe it’s because of the staff. They are caring individuals who are dedicated to the people they care for. I am extremely satisfied with everything in the facility. The food is very good and the selection is ample. The food is not cafeteria style but restaurant quality. The staff that welcomes you as you come into the building is professional friendly and very personable
When the times comes to place your loved one in a facility, look no further. They do not over medicate their patients. Thus they still have a quality of life that includes terrific food and daily activities. The staff truly cares and THIS is what it's all about. The staff. They care for your loved ones when we can no longer.
