Lovely place with great food and lots of activities, and the staff are caring and qualified
Elder care facilities are part of a really tough industry. We have had good experiences at PBMC. The staff are caring, attentive and kind, in particular the Director of Nursing, Katonya Perue, is very responsive, accountable and a pleasure (no drama!). Everyone, from the front staff and management team, work very hard. It's not easy to care for so many people in varying states of dementia and distress.
