If I was able to leave less than one star for this office I would. I am a 29 year old female that has been coming to this office for about 3 years now. My parents were previous patients to Dr. Ellis, which is the reasoning for me choosing this office as well. This is easily the worst doctors office I have ever been to. They have a real nasty lady working at the front desk that is extremely rude. They never answer the phone so you can make an appointment and then when you do you’ll get told you can’t make an apt and have to see the nurse. Extremely annoyed by the lack of respect and care for my health even after I said I was in the hospital 3x in one month and really need to see my dr. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! Basically fat shamed by a female doctor in the Jupiter location. I explained to her my issues about my high blood pressure medication and was basically told “were not magicians; pills arent magic. People think they can just eat mcdonalds and eat fast food whenever and make no lifestyle changes and expect a pill to work” DISGUSTING. Little did she know i do none of those things. Very clean but smaller office. I like better than WPB location. From desk staff is generally polite with patients here. Conveniently located at SW corner of University and Military. First level. Office building is busy with other professionals. Parking can be feast or famine.
