Office is great if you have endless hours to chase them to schedule appointments. First impressions are true, like these reviews say, run.
Run from this office !! hi cholesterol is left. Checked and went extremely high. Finally went to a different Doctor Who had me do a calcium score and it was way out of control run from this doctors office. But the office staff is very rude and nasty. Sorry I wasted two years of my life there.
Amy is a great receptionist! I have never had a problem getting appointments or getting help when needed. Dr Ellis is very personal and takes the time to listen and responds to my concerns. I highly recommend Palm Beach medical group.
If I was able to leave less than one star for this office I would. I am a 29 year old female that has been coming to this office for about 3 years now. My parents were previous patients to Dr. Ellis, which is the reasoning for me choosing this office as well. Amy at the front desk has been nothing but condescending, passive aggressive and overall unwelcoming every time I have come into that office.
