My daughter started cheering at Palm Beach Lightning 4 years ago at the age of 6. She absolutely loves being there and has made so many friendships with her teammates. She started as a Tiny level 1 athlete and has made her way up to a Junior Level 3 team this year. PBL focuses on proper technique and execution which not only makes them look good, but more importantly reduces injuries. Best and only gym i’ve ever been to. I’ve been cheering here for 12 years and it is such a great place to go when you’re looking for a family. I’ve made the best of friends from there and i have improved in my cheer life. Such an amazing i definitely recommend.
