We have been using this company for the past few years since our elevator was installed and everything was great as long as our elevator was in good working condition. On July 23rd we had people getting stuck in the elevator so we needed assistance and called SE elevator. After multiple visits, continuous unresolved issues and them unable to return for full repair until September 17th we decided to call other companies. We had Residential Elevator Xperts REX, come yesterday and they fixed it!

Art is terrific. We have utilized palm beach lifts since we purchased our home in august 2019. Art has been our tech for all three annual visits. We always request him. Initially we contracted with another firm who informed us we needed repairs of $2,000. We weren’t comfortable with this. We contacted palm beach lifts and per Art we discovered the repairs weren’t needed . Hence we will always use them and recommend them to all.
