Beware! I bought a Groupon for microneedling only to find out that they use a derma pen that you can get online on Amazon that’s for home use. It’s not the real thing! The needles don’t go as deep and they’re not as sharp so leave your face red. There’s more downtime and it’s not very effective. I called prior to purchasing and specifically asked if this was the real thing and I was told yes, she did call me back and tell me that it was the Dr. Pen that can be bought for $99 to use yourself at home. Palm Beach Laser is an absolutely amazing spot — the location is super convenient, clean, and beautifully set up. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything feel easy and comfortable. My girlfriend especially LOVES this place — it’s now her go-to, and honestly, I can see why. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service in a great setting!
