Erica was so nice & informed me that they're was very small patch of hairs that did not grow out completely so she could not treat those small hairs but I'm Not going to lie.. I am disappointed as it was my first time getting electrolysis which I've heard such good things about. When I got home, I seen very noticeable hairs that were longer that were never treated. I got a long session so I'm not sure why. I don't recommend especially if you have high hopes!
Horrible customer service!! Every time you book an appointment they call or text you to change the time last minute. and if you can't reschedule they just cancel it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Sometimes they'll do it multiple times for the same appointment. The girl providing the service is good, but the owners/whoever works the front desk is horrible. Treat your customers better!! It's no wonder you have to survive off a million deals and Groupon.
