Corey, the general manager is extremely rude. His favorite thing to say to you is "the factor sent the wrong part again". I have placed my second request for an item that needed attention on 8/27 and it is now Novemebr 1st. Do you really want to run after a company when you need assistance with their product?

Although they were not able to do any work for us as we had to go through our original window installer, they were tremendously helpful. They spent quite a lot of time with me, pulled our permit files online and helped me figure out who the original contractor was so we could contact them directly. In the future, if I have any other work that needs to be done, this company will be my first call!
