I came in for a trial session because I've been wanting to get back into working out, but honestly I had no idea where to start. One of the trainers took the time to show me how to properly use the different machines and explained what each one was for instead of just pointing me in the right direction. This gym sucked. Thankfully, it closed down and a new gym took over with a new owner. This new BR Fitness Center was old, ugly, dingy and dirty. Old owner dude... you're not welcome to the new gym... you're banished to Planet Fitness!
great gym. a lot of good equipment. and the sauna gets nice and toasty
Good, old school gym with lots of equipment although some needs routine maintenance more often and better organization.
