I saw Dr. Reddy in the hospital with terrible stomach pains. After a CT scan with contrast in a top rated hospital, I was told I had cancer and to get my affairs in order. Dr. Reddy after examining me for less than 10 minutes told me it was impossible, my scan was over read. He treated me appropriately and I'm all better. Would recommend highly.
Their office staff never called me to tell me that my procedure was cancelled at the last minute. It was cancelled because they provided the wrong information to my health insurance company. They refused to correct it. They refused to provide me with my medical records. I ended up in the hospital last night for the very issue they were supposed to help me with. The office staff will put your life at risk with their laziness and refusal to do anything helpful.
The doctor was very polite, and easy to speak with. He explained all my questions and concerns perfectly. I recommend him highly, and will return in the future
His staff great and the office is clean. Easy to make an appointment. He spent time with and actually listened to my concerns. He didn’t rush through explaining his diagnosis and the next step. Scheduling my procedure was quick and it all went smoothly. I’m glad I was referred to Dr. Reddy.
This doctor repeatedly attempted to place a feeding tube in me 3 times despite my son and husband telling him I had hernia mesh which would cause him to not be able to successfully put a feeding tube in me. I bled all over the place for nothing and now have a scar for unsuccessful attempts. Not to mention a bill including this unsuccessful service on it which I had to pay as part of my deductible. His office was great with scheduling. I was able to see the doctor instead of just seeing a nurse practitioner like in some offices I have been to and had all my questions answered. He was very professional and I felt very comfortable with him.
Dr. Reddy has set the bar for patient care! I was in his care over a year ago and really was saddened to hear he had left the practice. After needing some additional GI care I became very disgruntled by the care and lack of communication with his former practice. Thanks to the internet I located Dr. Reddy in his own practice, and within hours I was in his office, ct scan was done, and diagnosis was completed! This is truly what patient care should be!
