I really thought about writing this review and decided I wanted other women to hear my experience. If I could, I would give zero stars. The first day of my retrieval process I was sitting in the room and a stranger walked in. They switched the doctor with no warning in advance, he changed my retrieval plan to a severe plan that my gyno thought was too rigorous and unnecessary with no medical explanation. My journey with PBFC started in 2021 and our baby boy was born in Oct 2025. Long story short, our surrogate did not get pregnant the first time in 2023, so our journey was long with ups and downs. Overall I am grateful for Dr Denker and Dr Kreiner for making our dream coming true, and their team as well. My journey at Palm Beach Fertility has been one that I will forever rave about from the very first appointment I felt heard and seen. No questions were left unanswered , Dr Kreiner and Dr Denker the whole team have been so supportive, and put our needs and wants in the fore front whilst still working towards a successful cycle. Going through IVF can be mentally and emotionally draining, but the support of this clinic made all the difference. From start to finish, communication was excellent, scheduling was easy, and appointments always ran on time. The staff is so kind, friendly, and welcoming—it truly felt like they were walking alongside us every step of the way. we are pregnant and so happy, and we’ll be returning here in the future as we continue to build our family.
Paid $550 for an ultrasound and AMH testing on my first and only visit, and never received a call back to review/discuss the results. I shall assume I am not a good candidate for treatment.
