Awful experience with this clinic, they’ve hung up the phone on me several times. I didn’t show up to ONE appointment and the doctor refuses to rebook me in. I’m new to the Gold Coast and wanted somewhere local despite friends advising not to go here as they’ve all had a poor experience. Seems like this place does not care about their clients nor their reputation. It’s a joke. Stay well away! I have wasted my money here don’t waste yours.
Lost my referral and had to call to get another. Dr Mona Kaur went out of her way to write another referral that afternoon. Mel at reception went above and beyond to make sure I got the referral as soon as possible. Really appreciated!!
Dr Singh (Aj) helped with with a gash on eye lid and eve stayed back late to help me. Made me feel comfortable and fixed me up perfectly. So grateful for the help and care.
