I truly can not put into words my gratitude and appreciation for the whole entire staff from front desk to billing to [most] importantly my doctors and techs at PBEC. My horse was transported there last Weds and what we thought could “easily” be fixed turned into an emergency surgery Thursday morning. To no ones fault at all, except a horse being a horse. Dr. Bruise and Dr. McGuire were absolutely phenomenal during those absolutely terrifying 24 hours this horse mom endured. Surgery was uneventful and his recovery went well.... read more

Don’t use this clinic unless you want them to send rookie vets for severe cases because they are clearly about one thing - and that’s money. I worked with Dr. smith a few years ago and he is amazing. HOWEVER, at this point I’m questioning what happened to this place in the last two years that it became so horrible. My experience with Palm beach equine the last few months has been disgusting and there’s no other way to put it. I will not be using this clinic ever again. Not only are they over priced they are not horse people. They may be vets but there is no horse sense with anyone there and my poor horse suffered because of that.
