Terrible practice management, operations, and protocols . They reschedule appointments on patients last minute , schedule patients at different offices. Note to any possible future seekers of waste of time— Palm Beach dermatology is the office itself, but the Rosenberg Palm Beach Dermatology is completely different.

His office gave me an appointment on the phone. They asked about my insurance which is Florida Blue PPO and took the member ID. When I arrived to the clinic the receptionist told me that they don’t take my specific insurance for no specific reason. Totally unprofessional and wasted my day!

I'm with Dr.R for more than 16 years. He knows what he is doing and never overdo procedures. Helped me with some issues during these years. I'm happy to be his client))

After going to this office for 25 years, while it was run by Dr. Diane Scott she treated my issues appropriately with successful results and a caring manner.. She moved to California with her husband, so I then began seeing Dr Rosenberg. WELL, let me tell you things changed. He blows off my concerns, ignores my problems and indeed, lets my issues go and refuses to treat them ( for 6 month's). As a result, I now have full blown plaque psoriasis over my entire body. I have been a patient of Dr. Rosenberg for about five years. He is extremely knowledgeable, a past president of the Florida dermatological board. During the years I have been a patient his office has been spotless and staff pleasant. Dr. R. is both professional and personable. I have personally referred several people to him and have always gotten positive feedback.
