If you have Humana HMO or Humana PPO, stay away! It is not accepted. Besides that, Adrienne and Becky have attitudes.
They put you on a robocall list to get followup appointments. When you call back they put you on hold for a long time. This happened twice. It is one of the most infuriating things I have ever seen in my life. When I called back to be taken off the list this receptionist cut me off and would not let me finish a sentence. I know Medicare does not pay much and they want patients to come in so they can bill more but man, this is annoying.
Very professional and thorough. Office staff is friendly and helpful.
