Quite honestly disappointed with my experience. I had originally gone in for a cancer screening but I also wanted to discuss options for reducing the appearance of a surgical scar I have running up my nose from skin cancer years ago. I’ve been extremely self-conscious of this scar and wanted to find options on reducing the appearance of it. The receptionist is the least professional person ive ever delt with. Didnt even go in to see the doctor because of how rude she was. Cost them my business
Had an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks with Dr. Marsch. I showed up early for my appointment, I was made to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation and no visit from the doctor. I ended up leaving and will be finding a new dermatologist. This place is worse than the DMV. Stay away, they have absolutely no respect for your time. Unbelievable.
I had a great experience with Dr. Marsch, she was extremely knowledgeable and took care of the issue I had, my problem was with the office staff when we asked if they take our primary insurance plus our secondary the individual said yes, this wasn’t true we had to pay extra for the visit plus subsequent return to remove stitches, the other complaint I had was when the nurse had to shave part of my chest she was in such a rush that she cut a mole on my chest, the Dr. saw it when she came in and said oh don’t worry I will take... read more
