Almost every hotel in the "A" grade ("A" must be code for "reasonably priced") has numerous customer complaints about stained bed linens, bed bugs, unsavory types on property, cockroaches (eh, this IS south Florida), poor management, and customer service issues. I can only assume that this "Rick Versace" guy is a co-owner or family member of a co-owner. These guys ought to be ashamed of themselves. This Association is Excellent, it is very professionally run and the Board of Directors is very active. If you are in the hospitality industry in South Florida, this association is for you.
