Me & my son had an appointment August 27th at 1pm. When we first got there the door was locked and we got there at 12:34pm. At least a note on the door that your at lunch would have been helpful I found myself going back downstairs waiting on my car and when it turned 1pm I went back up door was open and the appointment was 45mins. It was good experience gave my son popsicles and candy and nurse gave me coffee. Very nice staff! Hopefully we don't need to come back but if we do it would be here..
EDIT ON 8/25/25 After this office insisting that they had this taken care of, I am STILL getting calls from collections regarding my dead daughter’s unpaid balance. After explaining probably around 10 times now to this office that I am in no place to pay this bill and am way over my head in medical debt , they CONTINUE to attempt to collect. I visited Palm Beach Surgical Specialists while I was pregnant with my daughter, Presley, for a consultation regarding her care. Tragically, Presley passed away at just one month old. As you can imagine, I am not only navigating unimaginable grief, but I’m also overwhelmed by the medical bills that have followed. We called to make an appoiment at this clinic, and the attendant answered like a robot, saying there was no room for today, and hung up the phone abruptly. WHAT HAPPENS WITH SOUTH FLORIDA? The attendants are rude and unwilling. EVERYTHING WE WILL DO OR RESOLVE COMPLICATE AND HAVE TO LOSE DAYS TO RESOLVE. Someone needs to do something.
