Thank you to the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital ER for then outstanding care given to our little one who was so sick. The physicians, nurses and staff were all very caring and professional. We couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a great experience medically wise with my daughter. She is asthmatic and the pediatric ER staff was great. When she was admitted she had an amazing pediatric nurse name Lucy. We had a very problematic issue with dietary where an employee hung up on me while I was explaining my daughter dietary needs but another employee name Billy and the supervisor Shawn assisted me with this situation and they were both absolutely amazing !
Great customer service. I was transferred to the correct department and the pediatric ER nurse who answered at 7:53 on May 29th was very friendly and attentive.
A special thank you to Ms. Debbie Dwyer in housekeeping. She was one of the most kind and friendly people we met at the hospital. She went above and beyond to make sure all of our housekeeping needs were taken care of.
