Cassie the nurse in peds 3 looked after our daughter after her big surgery. From the moment my daughter arrived in the ward Cassie done everything she could to make sure my child stayed as comfortable as possible after surgery. We stayed 3 nights and the only thing we needed was for my child to be looked after with care and compassion and that's exactly what we got. Honestly when you have someone who is not only a excellent nurse but also caring and kind and fun to your child you can't ask for anything more.

I brought my child into the Pedi ER around 0140...The nurse in triage was ok...I sat inside the waiting room until 0405 am...Once in the back it was terrible service...The restroom smelled like pee and had poop in it...Pee all over the floor...Smelled like a homeless person that just lays there and piss on themselves all the time...Very unsanitary and nasty... I never got the nurses name...She was too busy talking about her personal life too her co-worker...I had too call the nursing supervisor to actually get discharge pape... read more
