I chose to utilize Palm Beach Business Systems because of their low-pressure approach and having several options for our firm to utilize. The JD Powers ranking of Panasonics equipment as #1 color didn't hurt either. We also leased a Ricoh unit for basic copy-scan functions. They have been a pleasure to deal with and will continue to utilize their services for IT support and document management also. Should have switched to them years ago.
