Rented a road bike to explore the area. Guys in the shop were very attentive, and the processes to get the bike and return it were very simple and fast. I rode more than 90 miles with the bike, and had no issues.
I brought my bike in to address a front wheel issue and had a very frustrating experience from start to finish. I was initially pushed toward a $180 wheel replacement, and when I questioned the cost over the course of two days, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed.
