Absolutely appalling conduct of management and administration. My son fell ill with influenza from the creche and couldn't attend swim lessons. They told me that it was my responsibility and I would not receive any alternative solution. 'Natalie' called me and yelled at me. The staff continued to gaslight me and say no refunds and ignored what happened. I do not recommend.
