I purchased a package of HBOT for 6 sessions for $1200 after the 2nd one my ear started bleeding so I could not continue the package. I had to go to 2 doctors thankfully there was no serious damage. Chase agreed to refund $800 back in May and I have never received the refund. This is unacceptable.As of today 8/15/26 Chase has not sent me a check as he was to mail it in May. Always use a CC. I recently had a treatment done at Palm Beach Advanced Aesthetics and my experience was wonderful! The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I booked a Pure Plasma treatment to improve the quality of my skin, dark circles and scarring. Already, I notice the results and my face looks amazing. The initial consultation felt rushed, and I did not feel like the staff took the time to properly listen to my concerns or explain the details of the process. To make matters worse, trying to get a hold of someone after my visit to ask a few standard follow-up questions was an absolute nightmare. My calls went unreturned, and the customer service disappeared the moment they took my payment. Very unprofessional administrative handling. There are plenty of other places in the area that offer better service and communication.

I was nervous going in for my operation. But Eli and Omar were top notch. Made my all-day transformation as easy and enjoyable as possible. Chase who runs the show is a wonderful and passionate man and the facility is beautiful. Casey is a firecracker but extremely sweet as well. My wife and I will come back for more treatments. Highly recommend!
