I was ghosted by them, I’m assuming after I politely declined to pay $150 an acupuncture session but was willing to go through other testing with them. I called and emailed but never heard back. Not sure if this was deliberate or an oversight, but either way, not a good look.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment with Maria Gantt two weeks ago and today I received a call 90 minutes before my appointment telling me that it would now be a televisit. Well, Maria never called nor did i receive an apology for wasting two weeks of my life while I could have been interviewing other doulas. My whole experience with this practice has been unprofessional.

The most amazing place ever! I’ve been to a couple other random acupuncture places in PBC and absolutely nothing compares to Palm Beach Regenerative. I have been going here for around 6 years and they have helped me through so many different stages of my life. Maria and Chaas have hearts of gold and go above and beyond for their clients.
