I'd give zero stars if I could. Showed up 30 minutes early to a 11am appointment as requested. I waited until 11:25 before I had to leave. I notified the front desk 15 minutes past my appointment time as requested by the sign in the lobby and she "sent a message" instead of walking to the back for an actual answer. Another horrible V.A experience. Thanks for nothing.
Awful care. Went in for my first appointment with severe neck pain. I wanted to figure out why this is happening to me every single day. I was told I cant get x-rays and I cant see a chiropractor. Im not allowed to. My doctor wasnt even my real doctor, just a substitute. They were rude and did not listen to my problems. I was given patches to slap on my neck and told thats all they can do. Just awful, I feel like I have no care at all, and I still have no idea whats going on with my neck.
Love everything about this VA. From admin staff, medical staff, cheerful and clean atmosphere, accessibility, lab, and very short wait times. If you read this, Palm Bay staff, thank you . I’m clueless as to other severely critical posts🤷♀️
The ladies can't even come out from behind their desk to help an elderly gentleman figure out how to check in for labs. This is how our country treats vets.
