New patient. From the very beginning of checking in, nurse intake, physician, blood draw and setting up post appointment…EVERYONE of these people were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and to me, the most important, respectful and nice. Incredible experience!!
Lab opens at 0730 and closes at 1500.
The women working the front desk are very unprofessional. Talking loudly about a nurses accent, and how they are hard to understand. They ordered doordash, and were complaining loudly about the incorrect orders. This whole place seems unorganized and unprofessional. We try to avoid it, but the Viera VA is super busy. Ugh.
This is a Veterans Medical Facility, not open to the general public.
