The women working the front desk are very unprofessional. Talking loudly about a nurses accent, and how they are hard to understand. They ordered doordash, and were complaining loudly about the incorrect orders. This whole place seems unorganized and unprofessional. We try to avoid it, but the Viera VA is super busy. Ugh.
This is a Veterans Medical Facility, not open to the general public.
I'd give zero stars if I could. Showed up 30 minutes early to a 11am appointment as requested. I waited until 11:25 before I had to leave. I notified the front desk 15 minutes past my appointment time as requested by the sign in the lobby and she "sent a message" instead of walking to the back for an actual answer. Another horrible V.A experience. Thanks for nothing.
