I had a great experience at medfast today, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The provider made it easy for me to explain my symptoms, she wasn’t rushing me at all. She made me very comfortable to talk to her. I recommend this place to any one.
Very pleasant and informative when I first called. They assured me they did take my insurance, so there was no problem when I showed up. I really appreciate them taking the time to listen to me. They even x-rayed my right arm to make sure it wasn’t fractured or broken. My arm had been hurting for a month and a half and I was at my wits end at this point.
