To all people in Palm Bay this owner thinks that America doesn’t have laws for people like him, I took car to get clean and end up with buttons inside the car broken, When confronted he doesn’t want to take responsibility to fix it or pay for damages done to my vehicle. I’m looking in hiring a lawyer , So this does not happen to anyone else I’m asking everyone that had a problem with this car wash owner to file a lawsuit against his corrupt business
Took my brand new car there today to be cleaned. They laid a cleaning bottle in the back seat and the front passenger seat and it left a black ring that I spent 40 mins trying to get out. I paid for the works and the door jams and door handles were not cleaned. The bottom of the car all the way around wasn't clean and the let the soap and water dryer on the front bumper leaving a mess when it dried. Needless to say I have to wash the car myself now. I took my car to. The car wash at 4800 Babcock in palm bay...not only was it a terrible job they did, still filthy, they broke my automatic trail gate...and when i approached them about out,they denied it..don't go there..i wish i could have given a no star rating
Wast of money! My car still had dirty spots all over it, There was some sticky stuff on the passenger door which was still there. When I complained, someone came over and rubbed it away. I could have done a better job of vacuuming out the car myself. For less than the 15$ it cost me, I could've taken it through a regular car wash, got it waxed (which wasn't included) and it would have looked a hundred times better. The Palm Bay Car Wash on Babcock (4800 Babcock Rd) will never and I repeat never get another dollar out of me! After they took forever to half wash my car, I proceeded to grab the nearest wash cloth to help dry off my car when the little Hispanic guy came up and snatched the cloth from me and threw it in the nearest bucket and yelled we do not use these cloths for wheels and I apologized as he walked off going off talking about you should have asked the girls that's what there here for. Took my vehicle to them last week because they advertise that they are a Christian business. They broke my back up camera mounted on my dash while cleaning, glued it back together without telling me, and when I drove away it fell apart. I returned and asked them what they were going to do to make it right. I was told that they "forgot" to tell me they broke it but cannot afford to replace what they broke they accused me of trying to take advantage of them. This car wash has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My son had his car washed there yesterday and the spray used on his windows peeled his tint, the spray on the dash cracked his dash, and he had an allergic reaction to the air freshener. When I called to speak with manager and ask for a refund, I was called a bully, a harasser, and told that I would never be able to use a credit card again in my life. This manager amzed me! Please do not take your car to this location. You will be sorry you did. They will collect for job they know they cannot do. They are basicall a car wash that drive your car through the machine and use dirty cloth to dry.
