We've been in our Focus Home (Focus Series, Maronda Homes) for 2 years now and absolutely love it. It was a great value for the money that allowed us to buy at a time when it would have been impossible otherwise. We've had no problems that weren't handled immediately. Builder agent was incompetent, the builder does not keep buyer agent in the loop on anything that was going on in the transaction, thankfully buyer had me in the loop, closing day was horrible and closing agent was unprofessional and treated my client like an ilegal immigrant asking if he could read and write English when he was speaking English the entire time with her, finishes at property were horrible and had to push them to fix their mistakes Never again!
